The myth is that if you “diet and exercise” you will be healthy. What is being taught here is that if you eat less and burn more calories you will lose weight and improve your health. The truth is that a healthy plant based diet is 90% of the solution to great health. The whole food plant based lifestyle alone will bring you excellent health and healing. Exercise is definitely beneficial and cardio is the number one priority. Any type of body movement is helpful to our health. But you cannot use exercise to overcome a bad diet.
Exercise because you feel great – not to obtain the feeling of good health.
